The valley’s wet with soupy mist
pouring down its flanks;
the river’s murky with muddy flood
gushing down its banks.
The morning sun has shed its blood
and set the clouds alight;
the hill’s a blackened silhouette
where daytime meets with night.

This writing shares a strong bond with the art some of us do, either in painting, sculpting, art quilting, or other mediums. It has such a strong life flow and brings forth images that come alive in my mind, just as the cloth I work with becomes a piece of art. Excellent job!!!
