Another blogging how to…?

I would like to link posts with pages. For example, after writing the Summers Past blog this morning, I wrote a poem and put it on a new page. I would like to create a link between the blog and the page, so that readers of the blog can also read the poem. Any helpful advice would be gratefully appreciated.
