My response to Carpe Diem #900 Daikan (Great cold)
Every blade of grass
Silver white with morning frost
Bows to the great cold

Nicely written Kim. By the way you have said that you would like to be part of our second Carpe Diem Renga Party. Maybe it escaped you from your mind, but the Renga has started and you are the fist to write the next link after the starting haiku, the hokku, by Georgia. Please submit your link by writing it in the comment field of the Renga Party. You can find the ‘renga’ post highlighted at the left side of Carpe Diem’s homepage. I am looking forward to your response.

I meant to say ‘first’ instead of fist.

Thank you for the comment and the gentle reminder about the Renga party. As I haven’t taken part before, I wasn’t sure how it works. I have added my link to the comments and hope it’s up to standard! When should I add the next one?

I think I pasted it into the wrong reply box, so I’ve tried again! I still can’t see it on the web page, though.

Looks like it will be … sunny though still cold (by our standards of course).
