Poetic Dreaming

The second poem was another one I reworked, first posted in August.

If you want to walk

Barefoot through my dreams

Wipe your feet

You inhabit my world

Hide in shadows

Under my bed

I’m too slurred with sleep

To stuff you in my pyjama pocket

Trap you in my memory

Infuse you in the ink of my pen
