Moonlight, Ducks and Snow

My response to Carpe Diem Tan Renga Challenge #106 “snow melting” (Kobayashi Issa). This week our inspiration is a haiku written by Kobayashi Issa (1763-1828)

 

snow melting–

where ducks are nesting

soft moonlight                                         © Issa

and feathers fall on water
