My response to Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie Heeding Haiku With Chèvrefeuille, October 19th 2016
In this episode of Heeding Haiku With … it is haiku-time again and our challenge is to create a haiku in which we share our dreams or bring our dreams to life… or just create a haiku about dreams.
Chèvrefeuille has shared two examples, one written by Matsuo Basho and one of his own:
summer grass–
all that remains
of warriors’ dreams

praying in my dreams
to be an Eagle in his flight
what a freedom

What a beauty Kim I can see those chrysanthemums in their bright colors in front of me. They look like a rainbow. .. and yes us start dreaming again because without dreams our lives would be boring.
