My response to Carpe Diem #1268 shuntoo (spring lantern)
Today we have a classical kigo for spring, ‘shuntoo’ or spring lantern, to inspire us. Chèvrefeuille tells us that spring lanterns are not made of stone, like Japanese garden lanterns, but rice-paper.
