My response to Carpe Diem #1305 No Key
In this new episode of our Rubaiyat Haiku Kai, we have reached Quatrain XXXII, the sequel to yesterday’s quatrain, which Chèvrefeuille has called ‘No Key’.
There was a Door to which I found no Key:
There was a Veil past which I could not see:
Some little Talk awhile of ME and THEE
There seemed – and then no more of THEE and ME.
