‘Then death comes like dawn’ (Rumi)
elusive and free
haunting moths in daybreak’s flame
groggy death’s head dreams

My response to Carpe Diem #1395 The Dream
This month we are exploring poems by the Mystical Poet from Persia, Rumi. Today’s poem is entitled ‘The Dream That Must Be Interpreted’ and has been taken from The Essential Rumi by Coleman Barks.
Rumi is a famous poet! I enjoyed this poem.
