My response to Carpe Diem #1772 Virginia Blue Bell

In the last episode of Carpe Diem’s festive 7th birthday month, we have a beautiful small flower: the bluebell. I’m not sure whether mine is a haiku or a senryu.

  3. Waves of bluebells–glorious!
    Yours is a Haiku in my book. My bit today is so aggressively a Senryu that it grabs its readers by the collar and screams in their faces: “I AM A SENRYU AND DON’T YOU FORGET IT!”
