I leap into cool water, letting the ripples calm
my skin, soothe my limbs as they carve
its viscosity with their fluidity into curved
waves, splashes and droplets that fly
into sunlit air. I am
a diver, a swimmer,
a mermaid: see
my fishy
tail!
