Midges often get overlooked, but they add something to a scene. I’m glad they’ve got such a lovely haiku celebrating them.

reed fringed water …. A riverbank or a lakeshore ..or beside a pond …. , keeping it hidden in the haiku along with midges …a mystique shroud covers it in he reflection of the sun _ ….that’s a real karumi !!!! Wonderful !
