My response to Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie Wordle #107
Enticed through the dark hole
To the dead-end of violence,
Under sulphurous yellow lamplight,
You stand on the edge of a vitriolic fight:
A crooked, cryptic vision,
A lead and skull collision,
A crashing kuebiko
Deep in your greasy marrow-
Bone – you know
You shouldn’t witness
Such mindless
Hooliganism –
It’s the schism
In the human
Soul.

Great response Kim, I love how you used the words in such a succinct and clever way, so nicely done.

Thank you, Michael. My springboard into the poem was the word ‘kuebiko’. 😁

Such a lyrical comment Kim, not many occasions where you’d say kuebiko acted as a springboard…..almost a poem in that idea……have a good day….

So many souls are filled with schisms.
A vivid picture painted, a sad but true commentary solidly made.
