My response to dVerse Poets Pub 5 Year Celebration Poetry and Painting Embrace: We Can’t Forget Claudia Schoenfeld
In part 2 of the 5th anniversary celebration Victoria chatted with Claudia Schoenfeld, co-founder of the dVerse poetry community. I found it hard to choose one of Claudia’s paintings for inspiration, but finally went for the piano in the following sevenling with the theme of music.

Artist: Claudia Schoenfeld
Used with Permission
She was a natural in between the sharps and flats
When they fell in love in a minor key
To the haunting notes of a Brahms rhapsody.
He was the accomplished cellist in a string quartet,
Bowing his strings perfectly,
While his left hand vibrato moved her ardently.
Their instruments united in a harmonious duet.

can it get any better than falling in love over a Brahms rhapsody…. sounds very magical…and heck…when music gets so physical….whew…

Cello and piano, what a perfect harmony.. Love the gentleness in this.

Lovely when two artists can come together and make sweet music. the left handed vibrato made me chuckle a bit. A melodeous love there…would be wonderful to hear their mixed music as i imagine their relationship would come through in the music…

You have packed much into these seven lines; kudos–music, symbolism, love, romance, communication & more. Nicely done.
