My response to Mindlovemisery’s Menagerie Writing Prompt July 31st: We Are All Stars
Vivid stained glass of evening sky
Shatters into infinite shards,
Crackling, pulsating, splintered light
In a universe of bright stars,
Dancing in and out of focus:
A poetic hocus-pocus
Of wordsmith, imagery and rhyme,
Celestial celebration,
Heavenly imagination –
Poets on earth for a short time.

What a wonderful write, I adored it, I love that it had a certain rhythm to it, almost like a playful chant. I really liked this part :”A poetic hocus-pocus
