Waiting at the door in my star-studded hat,
Sitting at my pointy feet is my trusty cat;
In my hand a cauldron of Halloween treats,
Tasty spiders’ legs and cobwebs to eat.
I’ve woven a spell to lure them in,
With twinkling eye and cheery grin;
They think I’m in fancy dress with my warty snitch,
How surprised they’ll be to discover I’m a witch!

Ha.. .love the thought of what they will say when they realize that treats are actually tricks of spider’s feet.. (maybe eyes of newt too).
