My response to Carpe Diem Tan Renga Challenge Month 2017 #15 ancient road (Adjei Agyei Baah)
Today we have another ‘hokku’ by a modern haiku poet to inspire us: Adjei Agyei Baah from Ghana.
Chèvrefeuille tells us that Adjei invented the Afriku, the haiku from Africa, and is the initiator of several haiku events in Ghana and other parts of Africa. Last year his first haiku compilation ‘Afriku, haiku and senryu from Ghana’ was published by Red Moon Press.

I love when so much is condensed in so foods words. These lines are very powerful and expand the limitations of language.
