scrawls, descending from the sky
to the lake below
flash of white as tails upend
moon-shimmered sails wavering

My response to Thotpurge’s Micropoetry Month
Rajani has kicked off the November 2017 Micropoetry Month with a couple of modern haiku/senryu. She says, If the poems or the theme or just the idea of micropoetry inspires us, then we should join in by sharing our poems, or we can just drop in, read and say hello!
What an image that is Kim.. the tails shimmering in the moonlight… the night gives us answers in so many ways! Thanks so much for sharing… and do stay tuned..this show is scheduled to go on all month!! 🙂
