My response to Carpe Diem’s Brainteaser #1 Introduction and first challenge
We have a new feature, a tricky one, in which we will explore other ‘special’ haiku forms, such as the one in today’s challenge, the ‘acrostic haiku’:
Sweet memories
Under the old apple tree
Newly weds

To make it a little bit more challenging, Chèvrefeuille would like us to include an acrostichon and a liaison. In the following example, the acrostichon is AUTUMN and the liaison is TUTU:
A rainy day
Under the umbrella
Tears of joy

United again

Well done!!

Wow! I just could not get my head into this more advanced acrostic. Beautiful, Kim.

Thank you, Sara, but I think I got the link wrong and it doesn’t flow properly.

Very nice acrostic haiku. You did an incredible job on this one. I think you really did great, because in both haiku, connected by “moss”, I sense the same and I think the both haiku are connected in a certain way.
