My response to Carpe Diem #1610 Tan Renga Challenge Month 2019 (14) changing of the robes
In today’s episode we have a haiku by another classical haiku poet, Shiba Sonome (1664-1726), a female Japanese zen poet and acquaintance and friend of Matsuo Bashō.
This was a tricky haiku to work with as I wasn’t sure what it means.
Very creative. Liked this one.
