Today we have another classical kigo to work with and the prompt is ‘midsummer rain’.

  1. ah, the gentleness, the non-relief, of soft hot rain …. you’ve explored this in such an interesting fashion here Kim … and I suppose, rain (is rain, but isn’t – LOL) is still welcomed for being …. wet. This is delightful to just savour. And the image is wonderful too!
