My response to Carpe Diem #1775 Morning Glory!

Today we have a new feature called ‘Carpe Diem’s Transformation’, in which the goal is to transform a given haiku into a tanka. Our first haiku is by Chiyo-Ni, the well-known one about the morning glory:

asano eikou yoku baketto entanguru watashiha mizuwo motomeru
