I’m thrilled that Peeking Cat Literary has published my poem ‘A String of Pigeons’ this morning, which you can find here. It will also be printed in the Peeking Cat anthology in October.

Congratulations, Kim! I love the strong figurative imagery and powerful metaphors. There’s always beauty in nature and animals; and they indeed help with isolation. Beautifully expressed—they sounded like pleasant company!

A wonderful poem! I could hear the clap of wings, envision the rising upwards. Yay, birds!
