I have been writing haiku, poems, short stories and flash fiction. I just haven’t been posting anything or taking part in prompts. I do, however, have a new poem in the latest issue, Volume 9 Chapter 1, of Visual Verse. I couldn’t resist the beautiful image by Frederick Cayley Robinson or the fact that it was Visual Verse’s birthday! Happy birthday! They received so many wonderful poems for this edition, I feel privileged that mine was accepted for publication
You can find my poem on page 31 or you can follow the link directly to ‘After the Clocks Go Back‘.
Mazal tov! I’m looking fwd to your return 🙂

Your poem and its imagery describe that feeling of being stifled by winter and darkness. If only we could have daylight savings all year ☺️ I hope you are enjoying your break Kim. Come back soon 💕
