My response to Carpe Diem Namasté The Spiritual Way #7 New Life (Easter)

Chèvrefeuille has brought us a new episode of our ‘weekend-meditation’, Namasté, The Spiritual Way, for Easter Sunday. He has not only given us some background on the meaning of Easter for Christians but also death and resurrection in the Tibetan Book of the Living and Dying, as well as the Tarot. He says that death is a secret and is a darkness we do not wish to look at or embrace. However, a new life can be established, not by rising from the dead, but by finding a path to spiritual growth. He also says that Easter is mostly associated with the colour yellow and with tulips and daffodils, and in his opinion, yellow stands for the colour of the sun, which gives us new life and new energy.
